The produce is organically grown at 3557 Stutsman Rd in a two acre garden.    A large variety of produce is grown and brought to market.

Lettuce: butter crunch, leaf-lettuce, Red Romaine, Green Romaine, Red leaf-lettuce, mustard greens, Asian mustard greens, swiss chard, bock-coi  and spinach

Herbs, squash, zucchini, egg plant, okra, kohlrabi, beans, onions, turnips, carrots,   radishes, parsnips, strawberries, beets, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, cilantro, bell peppers, hot peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, and many more.
